We work with driven, curious young people from across the country — kids with heart, hustle, and a hunger to grow. Many come from backgrounds where opportunity is scarce, but potential is overflowing. Through mentorship, entrepreneurship, and once-in-a-lifetime global travel, we help them see what’s possible — and then support them in becoming the kind of leaders who create change in their own communities.
We listen first. We meet them where they are — whether it’s helping them launch a business idea, build confidence, or step onto a plane for the first time. This program isn’t just about travel. It’s about transformation.

The past few years have been tough on everyone — but especially for students growing up in under-resourced communities. Many of them are navigating school, work, and family responsibilities while trying to chase dreams they’ve never even had the chance to see modeled.
In a world that often overlooks them, we’re here to do the opposite.
We believe every student deserves a shot — not just at survival, but at significance. That’s why our program combines real-world entrepreneurship, leadership training, and global exposure. When a student gets selected, they’re not just handed a trip. They earn it — and in doing so, they begin to believe in their own capacity to lead.
Some run fundraisers. Some pitch businesses. All of them step outside their comfort zones.
And it works. We’ve seen students come home with a new fire — more confident, more compassionate, and more committed to doing something meaningful with their lives. When they win, their whole community wins.
