Jennifer is a Charlotte native who graduated from UNCC with a Masters of Accountancy. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Personal Financial Specialist. After starting her career at a small firm 2007, Jennifer purchased the firm in 2017. She and her husband, Chuck, have two children. They enjoy camping and being outdoors.

Jason is a founding partner at JDLaw Carolinas. He has a focused law practice offering extensive experience in Construction Litigation, Commercial and Buinsess Tort litigation. A Superior Court Certified Mediator, he has conducted over 3000 mediations since 2008. Jason is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and was named a Best Attorney in America in 2023.
